Sports nutrition Team Leader
Máté graduated as a neurobiologist at the ELTE-TTK Biology Institute in 2012. He wrote his thesis on proteomics and protein science. Since 2012 he has been dedicated to sport counseling. He has been involved in professional support for elite sports athletes since 2015 during which he has been setting approximately 150 professional athletes’, mainly Olympians' diets and dietary supplement protocol. Over the past decade he held more than 200 lectures in Hungary and abroad. He was a consultant to the Hungarian Olympic Team, the Hungarian Swimming Association, the Veszprém and Győr Handball Clubs, the MTK Kayak-Canoe Division, the Hungarian Water Polo Association, the Honvéd SE and other associations and athletes. In addition, he is a regular expert lecturer for various trainer education programmes as well.
Professional sports manager
Graduated in 1988 as a certified engineer at the University of Miskolc. Acquired his triathlon professional trainer qualification in 2013.
From childhood up to the age of 42 he was a professional athlete: swimming, water polo, artistic gymnastics, both Ironman and triathlon with 17 years of professional and world-class competition experience. Achievements: World Cup second place, European Championship second place, out of 51 Ironman 13 wins from Japan to Austria to Switzerland.
During his sports career he worked in many sports structures. With Finnish, German, American and Austrian coaches, in training camps and clubs. Recently, during the 2017-2018 season, the Austrian triathlon Association and the most successful Austrian junior association of the Amstetten club’s professional work was coordinated by him.
In the field of sport, both his own career (36 years of sport without lasting injuries), both in programs run by him (Triathlon Sport XXI, Health Olympics in Óbuda, Norwegian Fund, etc.) he focused on the balanced increase of training, physical and mental unity, staying injury-free and being effective on the long-term, consequently on sustainable development rather than rapid measurable performance enhancement.
Graduated from the Semmelweis University as a Dietitian in 2013 which then was complemented with a Master's degree in Nutrition Science. Also participated in and successfully completed Hungary's first post-graduate course in sports dietetics.
She gained professional experience in many hospitals (including Semmelweis University I Department of Internal Medicine) in all areas of dietetic counseling and then continued her practice in a private clinic. In the past 5 years she has been engaged in dietary management of diabetes, dietary treatment of various food allergies and intolerances, and nutrition for patients of internal medicine. She has a wealth of experience in diabetic, insulin resistance, dietary education for patients with gastrointestinal disorders, and in optimizing the performance of amateur and professional athletes through appropriate nutrition. She has appeared on numerous forums as a nutrition expert while she also assists in European Union projects as well.
She believes that sport and proper, personalized nutrition are an integral part of life, be it an amateur, an athlete whose goal is a healthy lifestyle, or a professional athlete with serious sports goals.
Graduated in 2015 as a dietician at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Semmelweis then in 2018 graduated as a sport dietician at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Pécs. Since she herself sports regularly she gained a personal trainer qualification in 2014. In order to keep her knowledge up to date she constantly attends professional conferences and scientific forums. She started her career as a personal trainer and during those four years she gave complex help for several sportsmen in training, nutrition and prepared them for competitions. She has participated in several fitness competitions, therefore she knows exactly what challenges athletes has to face. Her goal is to give help with her professional knowledge, experience and personalized nutritional diet for her clients in order to reach their best possible result.
Graduated as an economist at the University of Debrecen in 1999. His professional background is in finance and beside his position at the Scitec Institute he is also the Financial Director of Scitec Kft. During his high school years he competed in middle-distance and since then in the last couple of years he attended more than 30 half-marathons.
For Attila the structure and management of Scitec Institute is a highly important personal challenge in which he puts in his 15 years of leadership knowledge and this is the base of his passion for sports.
Commercial and business development manager
Graduated in 1996 at the University of Debrecen’s Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics master’s degree. He spent more than 20 years at technology companies in various commercial positions. Thanks to his 17 years spent as a professional athlete and continued as an amateur sportsman he is committed to the company's business development. His motto is the following: “Consistent, humble work, perseverance to achieve our goals and faith in ourselves help each of us in a world where constant change is permanent. Sport has also taught me how to be successful in business and helps me as a strong armour when maximum performance is expected in situations beyond the comfort zone.”
Office & Client Manager
She graduated from the Budapest Communication College - Heller Farkas Department of Tourism Services in 2011, specializing in Regional Tourism Management.
After graduation she started at Scitec Kft. Where for seven years she strengthened the team of Italian export.
Since her childhood the love of sports has been by her side, she was a member of the synchronized swimming team. One of her best results is the 1st place at the European Championship in 2002 as part of the new generation.
Presently she is the Office & Client manager of Scitec Institute, helps with the management of clients and the office.
She graduated from the Eötvös Loránd University - Pedagogical and Psychological Faculty in 2012 specialized in Cultural Management. She joined Scitec Kft.
In 2015, where her main task was to co-operate with the Hungarian Olympic Committee and to establish contact with sponsored athletes, sports associations and also during events as an athlete coordinator.
Her interest in sport started at a very early age, she got familiar with many types of sport like swimming, ballet, jazz dance, kayak and finally she found her second family at Vasas SC's Volleyball Division.
Currently she is the Sport Manager of Scitec Institute and the coordinator of educational activities.
